Need more exercise? Try an EXTEND class! Tuesday 11.30am – 12.30pm, £6 per session. Extend classes are for people over 60 or for anyone under 60 who has a health issue.
Each session incorporates a variety of routines, focussing on different parts of the body or designed to improve stamina or balance. Most routines can be adapted to suit different needs.
All exercises are done to music and classes are fun and sociable.
